My wife and I came in for a couples masssge because many places had already been booked out in the Saginaw area. I saw the reviews on this place and they are indeed correct. Staff is friendly, they are available, they are prompt, professional and massage is GREAT. Definitely will be going back.

We came here for a couple’s massage for our anniversary. Our go-to massage place was booked a couple of weeks out, but Family Massage and Spa was able to get us a session scheduled no problem. We are very glad we came here, as we greatly enjoyed our experience. The facility is lovely, tranquil and pristine. The staff were all very friendly and professional, and they work hard to make sure your experience is a pleasant one. The massage therapists did a very thorough job. The hot stones and hot towel were a nice touch. We left feeling very relaxed, and we will definitely be back and recommend this place to family and friends.

Only 2 minor things I would change…got a 90 minute and never did my feet, but hubby got his feet done so not sure. And #2 scents. Would be nice to have some good relaxing smells in there.
