Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled an appointment with Janice. She was quite rude when I arrived. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, which is customary when you go to a new stylist. She brusquely told me I would have to wait as she had a cut and blow out to do. I’m not sure how they do it in New Jersey, but that is not how I prefer to be treated. The salon itself looked clean and bright, I am very disappointed as I was really looking forward to a hair cut, guess I will be giving someone else my money. I scheduled an appointment with Janice. She was quite rude when I arrived. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, which is customary when you go to a new stylist. I was highly recommended to Family Hair Studio by neighbors whose opinions I value. Liz and Brenda are both talented stylists and I found the shop to be friendly and inviting. I have very fine, thin and straight hair and I am very picky about my color and cut. Having made my ’rounds’ to so many shops in the Vero/Fort Pierce area, it has been difficult to find a stylist who is willing to work with me. Liz is the exception! She is very talented and will listen and create the style that you really want. I have FINALLY found MY salon at Family Hair Studio!

The best experience with Joseph. I went on March 28, 2017 as a walk-in and Joseph took me right away. I was lucky as he had an opening, making an appointment is recommended hit they do take walk-ins! Joseph is a very talented hairdresser with 34 years experience and a real gentleman. The atmosphere is awsome making you feel very welcome! I strongly recommend that place and if you want a completely new hair style ask for Joseph! Thanks a bunch Joseph and keep up the excellent work and service you provide!

Walk-ins and future appointments clearly not welcome, stuck up snobs work here. It seems you have to be a part of their little clique to get any kind of friendly service or even to make a future appointment if you walk in and nothing is available. They look at you like you have three heads if you ask if they have anything open at that time and no one offers to schedule anything for you. Was really hoping to have found a salon in my neighborhood. I will keep looking and telling all of my friends to keep looking as well!
