I recently just visited Family Hair Deisgn for the first time to get a manicure done and wow, I must say that it was the best experience I have ever had when getting a manicure. Lisa took such good care of me from the second I sat down as well as up to the time I was leaving. She will not disappoint you with her lovely work. I definitely will be returning for future manicures!

I had a terrible experience with this place. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and the results were no where close even the colors were way off. So I paid $150 and did not really look at it so when I got home my boyfriend told me that it did not look at all what I had wanted. So I went to the bathroom and checked it, I was devastated! I was super excited to get my hair done and it was awful. I wish I could upload pictures but you’ll have to take my word for it. My hair was fried and I had just gotten it back to healthy hair because of someone before and it’s back to that state I worked so hard to avoid. So I called and the owner Rita said that she could not refund it! And that was a lot of money! She said that the same person could do some treatments and I never planned on stepping foot in the place again. So I’ll be doing my own treatments and I wasted $150 dollars so not worth it! Heather Ike was the one that worked on my hair!
