This is one of the best hair salons in Hercules. Both of my hairstylists Lily and Janet were wonderful. They greet you with a warm smile and make you feel like family. My hair is normally wavy and I go to the salon for a flat iron and layer cut. There prices are very reasonable for the services they provide and the amount of time they spend. Highly recommend both of these lovely ladies!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI wish I could give 0 star , the thin Asian lady who was rude and almost burn me with hot water on my head while washing my hair . And didn’t wash of soap or conditioner from my hair properly, I could feel the soap on my hair , had soap in my ears , like I really won’t be able to explain the worst experience I had with the service I received And I had color on my forehead after all done . And when I showed her she said “I didn’t want your skin to come off that’s why dint clean it “ .I could have done it at home much better , went there because I had great experience with the pleasant lady who seems to be the owner of this place . I took my 3 year old here for the first time and my overall review of this place is just OK. This is not a 5 star location in which the line is out the door and appointments are all filled. However, my son was seated immediately and his hair was cut. His hair looked OK after but the lady cutting his hair was not the best person with kids. So long story short, I could go back there if my son, or myself, needs another haircut. But I’d like to try somewhere first.
