Gaby Young she’s my barber she been cutting my hair for 4 years since moving to Wheeling from SF,California. I am very picky about my haircut and Gaby has been my go to every time. Went home and cried after seeing my haircut. It was cut nothing like I was told it would be nor like the picture she showed me on her phone. Also the blonde lightening dye is discolored in different areas .It was washed off after a few minutes. When it takes 35 minutes or longer to process. when I ask how much time it had been on, she said “I dont know”, When I called the salon and ask what could be done to fix this she said to me. ” you can come in and have me chop it all off.

Went in for a perm and it was fine. When my beautician went to style my hair she use way to much gel and hair spray. She blowed dryed my hair even though I asked her not to do so. She burnt my scalp with the blow dryer. Then she Sykes my hair to something close to and afro. This isn’t 1974 just because you have or want curly hair dose not mean that you want it to stick out a foot on either side of your head. I don’t know if I will ever get my hair to look right. I’m embarrassed to show anyone want she did to my hair

I moved here last year and tried a couple different places before ending up here. Havnt had a bad cut yet. Only complaint is that they claim to open at eight but when I have tried to schedule a cut or arrived at this time they are busy getting the place ready. If you say you open at eight that means your ready to service customers. If this isnt the case open later or show up earlier so I dont have to wait around for a half hour or not waste my time trying to schedule a cut at this time.
