I have gotten my hair cut here two times, and the quality has been fine, nothing to write home about. Today, however, I walked in and took a seat (no appointment, last time that was totally fine). As two more clients walk in, the stylist turns to me and says “who are you?” And I say my name and that I was just seeing if there was time for a walk in, to which she replies “I don’t have time for you” and I make my way out as she follows up much too late with the offer of scheduling me for the weekend. How incredibly rude to speak to a client that way in front of 5 customers. I just can’t believe how embarrassing it was to walk into a salon called “Family Hair Care” and be spoken to that way. In my recollection, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an interaction like this and I was willing to give this place another try after having a really pleasant chat with a different stylist during my last haircut (hence the 2 stars, not 1), but I will not be returning after this.
