A couple years ago I tried this place and it was decent, then I had a bad experience a year and a half ago and didn’t go back. my regular therapist is out of commission so I thought I would give it another try today. I’m a massage therapist myself so I know what to expect. This was the worst experience yet. I knew the first ten minutes in I should ask to just end the session and get dressed to leave. It was a rub down not a massage. I asked for deep tissue and paid extra for such but got a gentle rub. I honestly wonder if the lady even has a license. She fumbled threw the session and never touched my traps, or neck. Seemed very uninterested in what she was doing. She had no sense for where my tight muscles were and left the room at one point for several minutes without any explanation. I didn’t write a review last time but I am so mad that I wasted my money here a second time I couldn’t let it slide this time. In order to post a review you have to give it at least one star. This rub down was not worth one star.

When I came to visit kroger with my husband, I saw the massage shop nearby. The sign on the door said buy 1 get 2nd 50%off, so I tried it and did a whole body massage with my husband for one hour. I never thought it was the best massage I have ever had, and we would come back again!

My husband and I went in today for a foot massage and to say it was amazing would be an understatement. We have tried other places and they were SO disappointing and I’m so thankful we came to Family Foot + Body Massage. The women that did our massages were professional and most importantly, the massages were phenomenal. They lasted a FULL hour from the time they started until they finished, it was clean, relaxing and SO good that we’re going back tomorrow for a full body! DEFINITELY give them a try!

Which is super annoying because we had to find a sitter for our kids. The lady found our appointment but only had one person to do a massage. She had to call someone in so we had to wait an extra hour and I had to let my sitter know. I got the person that was called in. He was a man and it was the WORST massage I’ve ever gotten. I first want to say that I don’t get massages in a regular basis so I’m no expert. However as my first experience with this place I will say that my back actually hurts 10x more now then it did before my massage. Maybe my body isn’t used to it? I don’t know. I will also add that the foot massage I got was amazing and I really did enjoy that. The atmosphere was nice and the place was clean and well kept. If I go back it will only be for a foot massage.

Best experience I have ever had. I went there yesterday with my wife and got a couple massage for only 90 dollars for two person. That’s unbelievable. I think they are doing some promotion for the grand opening and have a 50% off. Eva was great and amazing skills. Strongly recommended this place and Eva as well.
