Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in on 12/29 to get my toes done and acrylics. My acrylic nails started lifting on 1/1/22. My toes were cut up and bleeding. They cut my nails but left the sides to stab and cause ingrown toenail. I paid $110 for this plus tipped 2 employees. The person doing toes stabbed my toes multiple times when the salon started getting busy. They kept accepting people even though they had no more seating available. Very unprofessional work. Went in on 12/29 to get my toes done and acrylics. My acrylic nails started lifting on 1/1/22. My toes were cut up and bleeding. They cut my nails but left the sides to stab and cause ingrown toenail. I paid $110 for this plus tipped 2 employees. Legitimately probably the best spot in SP. Usually busy in the afternoons. I got a fill, she fixed 3 nails that were chipping/old, hot them shorter, and black tip gel got an unbeatable price. Thanks Fancy Nail

Not the best, water was super cold and got a poorly done Pedi. Be prepared to pay per thing you get done for example if you say pedi and they ask if want nails clipped? Extra charge, polish? Extra charge, cuticle clipped? Scrub? Extra charge. I know personal care is not cheap but at least do a better job please

I’ve been to so many nail salons and I’m always disappointed with having paid so much and my polish ALWAYS come off after 2 or 3 days sometimes even that same day. It’s now been 2 weeks since I got a pedicure and my polish is still on like I just got them done! Love this place.. They’re also quick to get you in.
