I had an appointment today. After showing up to my appointment on time. I was informed the doctor had left a week ago and that I was going to need to reschedule with the oak harbor office. I waited almost 4 months for this appointmen!!! I am a business owner as well, as, work by appointments. I scheduled out half my day for this appointment. No one called to inform me of my cancelled appointment, no one emailed. I could have scheduled clients and worked not losing money. The lack of professionalism of this office is absolutely astounding. And, The lack of their of consideration of their patient’s time is appalling. I will not be scheduling with the oak harbor office. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Outstanding from start to finish. Scheduling system and reminders are very helpful and appreciated. Quick and friendly check in. You are made to feel cared about and unique – not like most medical facilities nowadays. Clean and modern exam rooms. Professional but personable medical care. They actually ask “is there anything else?”, and clearly don’t try to shuffle you out to get to the next patient. They appropriately represent the word “family”, in quality and value of service – hearkening back to a time when most medical care was patient- and service-oriented. First off, let me tell you that Reece is a “glass is half full” kinda guy. He stays positive and will not give up on me….even when I have come very close to giving up on myself. I have never felt rushed. He is generous with his time. He listens even when I ramble on. He is warm and funny and very approachable. I have been with him for quite a while, while he works very hard to get my stubborn psoriasis under control. I have confidence in his ability as a dermatologist. His entire staff is great.
