Well when I stepped out of the car first thing I heard was a screaming child. I didn’t let it put me off but I said I’ll well especially for the first time being here kind of scary. It was my son’s first haircut so I decided to listen to all the other reviews and try it out. had to wait about 15 minutes but that’s okay they have a great playroom that is a definite plus. Had no appointment just walked in. Friendly staff we will come back for sure

I accidentally deleted my first bad review, I appreciate your offer for a refund but we have already cut his hair at home to even it out. The girl with the piercings and tattoos cut his hair. My son was really still and didn’t even cry, no excuses for the bad haircut. What you can do is refer us to jazmin for future haircuts. Not cool to cover it up with some gel so we wouldn’t notice the chop.

They won’t schedule my appointment unless I do it online… but their website is not taking my email saying it’s an invalid email. Very frustrating. I liked going there the first time I went and they did my appointment over the phone. Way to change for the bad!

Great place to take all kids. Entertainment is great! Kids get to choose to seat in a cart or at a chair. Smaller kids get less scare of getting a hair cut. Kids msy chose to either watch TV or play video games while getting a hair cut. For girls, once they are done getting a hair cut they get to choose a nice bow for their hair.
