Olga cut my son’s hair, she is so patient, professional and experienced. I definitely recommend this salon for hair cut.Service: Hairstyling

Critical: ProfessionalismJust sharing!! FAMILY CUTZ just gave us the WORST customer service and stole our money. We’ve gotten hair cuts there before and loved them but I’m never going to go there again! We made appointments yesterday and got a text and call that the person we made the appointment with had a family emergency (Totally understandable) and they had to cancel. I thought it was in bad taste when she said in the voice-mail “So don’t come here because we can’t help you” but decided to go ahead and re-book and apt online. Qell we showed up today only to realize that I clicked the wrong location by accident. The women on the phone was SO rude on the phone and denied us another appointment unless I made another online appointment paying another $20 and would not refund me the other $20 I had just paid. She argued with me on the phone and said she would not give me her bosses name because it was “Personal information” but then told me that she went out if country and that her family member passed away (ummm…that’s personal information ‍♀️) and that I wasn’t getting my money back and should have read the policy. Just sharing!! FAMILY CUTZ just gave us the WORST customer service and stole our money. We’ve gotten hair cuts there before and loved them but I’m never going to go there again!
