Came in to get a haircut. I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my haircut which was to the girls shoulders my hair barely reach my shoulders anymore. Then she layered my hair when I never asked her to. She also cut my curly hair wet. My haircut was so bad I cried. This lady gave me a bob when I straight up only showed her a picture and said the only thing I want done in this picture is where the length is. I will never let no one touch my hair here again. I’m so upset. I hope my hair grows back fast because this is ridiculous. I would give 0 stars but that’s not an option

The place was packed when I got there but surprisingly I didn’t have to wait as long as I thought I would. There was a blonde girl who cut my hair. I didn’t get her name but she gave me the best haircut I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend. Haircut
