I had a very bad experience at Family Cuts. Owner, Dawn took 4 hours for a color and a cut. During cut she explained that a good cut will fall nicely into place. After cut was complete, there was a section of hair that was longer during the rest. She then cut the right side of hair twice. I pointed out that this made the left side uneven. She cut the left side, but never got it even with the right side. Two days later she called me and I explained cut needed some adjustments. I scheduled an appointment for a cut and eyebrow waxing out of the 1 week period and fully understood there would be a charge for this.

I always have an amazing experience, looking into most of the bad comments they seem to be fake accounts with less than 5 reviews sometimes only 1 review. Been going to this shop for a few months now and Dawn is an amazing barber very meticulous and very clean. 20$ out the door with tip for a great cut you cant beat it.

Was a very uncomfortable experience, I have very well behaved children and it was a constant “dont touch this! dont touch that!” they had a fish tank obviously for clients to look at and wouldnt let my kids go near it…I will not be taking my children back, and would not reccomend going there if you have children.
