It was so disappointing that I couldn’t trust the previous stylist to fix it.Not only did Sammi get me in same day, but she did the single most amazing job on my hair I’ve had in years. She listened carefully to my concerns, assessed the damage, and went over her plan to fix it, letting me know what would be great and what wouldn’t be quite perfect til next cut. I can’t even see the parts she didn’t think she got quite right.I am so thankful to Sammi and so pleased to have found my “new” salon! Critical: ProfessionalismFamily clips screwed up my appointment, I drove for an hour to get the haircut done however when I showed up in my scheduled appointment time Samy shouts at the top of her voice stating that I am scheduled for another day and that her father in law messed up the appointment .
