Our barber went out of town and the girls next door at Magic Nails suggested I take my son here to get his hair cut for picture day in 2 days. I took my son in, the wait wasn’t long, the barber shop is a bit run down but that’s not super important to me. I told the barber I wanted my son’s hair a 1 on the sides and just a little bit longer on top but not much. All throughout cutting my son (5yo) was pretty still but vocally expressing some “is this almost done” kind of things. The barber seemed a little nervous cutting his hair, he was very hyper aware of my son wanting the haircut to be done, and that was making my son a little more anxious than normal. They kind of fed off each other, and the barber really rushed. In the end, the haircut was pretty bad… not even on top, not faded down the sides, and very VERY square?-ish.

The interior is dated, not in a good way. It looks and as if everything in there was from the 70’s. There was piles of opened mail amongst other pieces of litter strewn about. The clipper that were used to give me my cut were on the verge of spontaneous combustion. And the actually haircut was of very low quality. The staff was friendly but that’s not enough for me to ever come back.

Very cool sports banners all over. But I asked for a short flat top skin side the guy said no problem. Well that’s not even close to what I got. Had to go to another barber to have it fixed terrible.
