Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDirty environment, no one spoke English to me almost the entire time I was in there, fire alarm went off in the middle of my service which apparently “happens all the time,” she kept stopping my hair service to eat and play with dogs that were in the salon and touching my hair without gloves or washing her hands, dropped her tools multiple times and proceeded to use them in my hair, lost a ton of hair due to the bleach and spent 3 1/2 hours there when all I wanted done was my new growth and she wanted me to stay another hour at least, had to go home and wash the bleach out that she missed. Dirty environment, no one spoke English to me almost the entire time I was in there, fire alarm went off in the middle of my service which apparently “happens all the time,” she kept stopping my hair service to eat and play with dogs that were in the salon and touching my hair without gloves or washing her hands, dropped her tools multiple times and proceeded to use them in my hair, lost a ton of hair due to the bleach and spent 3 1/2 hours there when all I wanted done was my new growth and she wanted me to stay another hour at least, had to go home and wash the bleach out that she missed. Positive: ProfessionalismI’ve been going to Livia’s for the past 14 years, she is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about color. Very reasonable too, doesn’t rush into any thing and doesn’t double book.
