Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve gone to Fama 3 different times (twice for my daughter and once for myself). First time for my daughter, we made an appointment for 3pm. We get there at 2:30 and no one was there. I call her, no answer, I text her and she texts me back 20 minutes later saying she was on her way. Showed up at 4:15. Second time for my daughter, appt time was 9:30am, same thing, I call and texted her for an hour and a half. She FINALLY replies “OMW”, didn’t show up until 11:30. Made an appt for myself last month, for 9:30am. I get there at 9:15 and wait to see if she shows up at 9:30. Nope! I had to call and text her once again. She finally responded to my text at 10:15 saying her mom had overslept but was on her way. I’m confused because I made the appt with HER not her mom. Anyway, her mom finally gets there 10:45. She let’s me in and she tells me to have a seat. I sat on the couch for 20 minutes before she even asked me what I wanted done. I show her a picture of what I was getting done and she says “SHE can’t do that style because she has a heart condition. I’ve gone to Fama 3 different times (twice for my daughter and once for myself). First time for my daughter, we made an appointment for 3pm. We get there at 2:30 and no one was there.
