I had Kevin as my tech. Their customer service is what carried them. The nails though were ok. My nails did not end up looking my reference and the final product was bumpy, thick, and uneven. I had a great conversation, though! The nails looked good at a distance. The left is reference and the right is my hand.

The people here are really excellent. I have an injured finger where the entire nail is regrowing. They have done a great job helping to make sure it grows back correctly. I also depend on them for a pedicure that will prevent ingrown toenails. Manicure

I have been coming here for several years and am so glad I found them. Kevin and Sherry are the owners and work hard to provide a positive experience with all of their clients. I typically get shellac on my fingers and it lasts! If there is an issue, and I haven’t had one, Kevin says to let him know and he will take care of it. I like to make appointments because they honor them. Some salons around town don’t which is frustrating. Of course, having said that I also honor the appointment and show up on time. They appreciate it just as much as I do. Fam Nails is a wonderful and quality experience.

Kevin has horrible customer service. He was on his phone the entire time and rushed his nail job. I asked for french tips and this not what I wanted. I asker for almond shape and they left them uneven and not shaped correctly. Will never be going back. Acrylic nails, Dip powder

It appears service at this salon has drastically reduced. My pedicure was not thorough, it was rushed. Cuticles were not pushed back. My nail painting was embarrassing because undercoat and top coat dried showing separation lines, no top coat applied either. Smudges. I purchased 5 pedicures, 4 nail polishes, and a two sets of acrylics that “popped” off in the first week for one.

Friendly folks, but unfortunately one of the worst quality sns manicures I’ve ever received. Gloss/top coat started peeling few days in and less than 2 weeks in, a nail has fallen off. At other salons, they last at least 3 weeks. The spa appeared uncleanily as well, do not appear to use clean/sanitary tools. I paid more here than in Austin, which is very surprising. Unfortunately I will not be back.
