This isn’t an experience that I’m begging for ever again. I would’ve been more comfortable using Booksy or any booking app so that there is a clear and concise price for services. Instead, I was told one price over the phone and then another midway through the process of my hair being done.

Critical: Quality0 stars would NOT recommend. I made an appointment she told me to come at 4. When I got there exactly at 4 she looked at me like who are you? made me sit for an hour once it was time to do my hair she told me she couldn’t even do the style I asked for if I could get up so she can do someone else. I’ve been to Mrs Fallou twice and unfortunately it will be my last. The first time Mrs. Fallou did my hair she did an amazing job and that is why I went back to her. To my surprise when I got to the shop I was expecting Mrs. Fallou to do my hair but instead it was her daughter. I was a little concerned about letting someone else do my hair but I figured I was in a good hands. I wasn’t. Her daughter is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has a nasty attitude. She braided my hair too tight, did not leave my edges out like I requested, and was very rough handed with my natural hair. I suggest that if you want your hair braided you request the owner, Mrs. Fallou to take care of you. I left in pain and I will not be returning ever again.

I am so pleased with their service! I just left and my hair looks amazing. I had plans and they got me in and out with 3 people on my head in 3 hours. And I got small Senegalese Twist, I paid what I was quoted. It was a clean environment and the staff was so professional and made me feel welcomed. When I called Fallou answered the phone and was very polite, she had a client in the chair, a walk in AND she handled ALL of us without my feeling left out. Fallou runs her business elegantly and is very professional. I told her what I wanted and when I got there and she looked at my hair, she told me that my hair was too short for what I asked for and she gave me an alternative style that fit me perfectly. Raleigh, NC African Braiding Salons, you all could take a lesson from Fallou, she does excellent work without all the talking and playing around and I didn’t have to take ibuprofen and come out with a permanent smile. I was really disappointed. Went in for a shampoo and touch up when I call they assured me that it would be done waited about and hour then the young girl acted like she didn’t want to do it so remind you it’s only been 3 weeks and my twists are coming out and then the owner saying that my hair was to thin ok it was done before and I paid $220.00 and tops it off you told me one price on the phone then you wanted to charge me a higher price for something you didn’t do .
