Positive: Cleanliness, QualityFirst time ever visiting Falci’s. Elaina did a wonderful job with my hair!! Salon is huge on the inside, and is very clean and elegant. Prices were reasonable. Service was excellent, would recommend. Walk-ins are welcome, but would advise to call ahead and schedule an appointment. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience!!Service: Hairstyling

Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment here that was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. I called 15 mins before my appt just to make sure they still had me on schedule and the girl on the phone said yes I’m on the schedule but my stylist didn’t come in today. So when I asked why I didn’t get a phone call, I was told “I wasn’t here to take the appt and I don’t have numbers.” I left work 30 mins early for this appt when this could’ve been avoided with a simple phone call that I would’ve appreciated. Unacceptable and unprofessional. The only other time I’ve been here was last year when the owner cut my hair and he did not listen to anything I asked him to do and I paid for an overpriced haircut that looked no different than I did when I walked in. I called 15 mins before my appt just to make sure they still had me on schedule and the girl on the phone said yes I’m on the schedule but my stylist didn’t come in today.
