6:39pm that I’m typing this right now. Hair appointment was scheduled for 6pm. Didn’t see her come into the room until after 6:30. I waited over 30 minutes for her. Then when I showed her the braids that I chose, she was saying that they’re too small for the kind of braids that I’m getting. So I decided that I was going to go back to get bigger sized beads. She had the nerve to tell me that she was going to charge me extra because I had to go back out for bigger sized beads after I waited for HER for over 30 minutes… told her I’ll get somebody else to do my hair.

Mrs.C and her daughter are AMAZING stylists. Very welcoming atmosphere with great energy. I have been coming to Mrs.C for 3 years and I drive all way from out of town for her. Mrs. Claudine, her sister and her daughters work fast, polite, and fun to be around. I truly enjoyed myself. I would highly recommend them.
