Critical: ProfessionalismSo upset and disappointed with Hannah. I called and scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I hired a babysitter – looking forward to this.At 1:49 pm, she called me and told me she had to move me to 4 pm… she didn’t ask. I extended my babysitter the extra time… and understood things can be delayed.I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment to be told by Hannah that she cannot take me.Confused- I asked and showed the text attached here. Someone else walked in and took my appointment. When we figured it out, the nice customer offered to leave – Hannah pointed at me and told me I had to go, yet the walk-in customer could stay.I will not be returning.So upset and disappointed with Hannah.
