I made an appointment to get a french manicure, gel. It was made very jaggedly. I asked to correct the manicure on 4 nails. After the correction, the background color on these 4 nails turned out to be different from the rest. I pointed this out to the master. She took off all the manicure and refused to do any manicure for me at all. After an unpleasant debate, I got a simple manicure, gel.

The second time, I made an appointment for 5:30PM on a weekday for a mani/pedi and had a subpar mani/pedi. Seems like the tech was rushing to leave even though the salon didn’t close until 7PM.
