Critical: QualityI went to Faith on 2-11-20 at 3:30 pm, I was scheduled for a full set of volume lashes. When I left the salon about 4:30 pm, that worried me since it should have taken 2 hours. I got home and noticed they were really clumped together, stiff and way to close to my lash line. I contacted my old lash lady and she even said they didn’t look right. I contacted Faith at about 7:30 pm and told her they were uncomfortable, she said she look at them and fix them 2-12-20. I messaged her on 2-12-20 at about 5:45 pm asking about a time she said she couldn’t tonight but could the next day since she did not have stuff to remove it. I told her I don’t think you understand, I’m in pain and they need to be removed. After she said she couldn’t I asked for money back and she said she doesn’t do refunds since she guarantees her work, but with how bad they are it scared me to have them fixed and go through this painful process again. I was told by another professional they are to close to my lash line, she used to much glue, glued to many of my natural lashes together along with fake lashes.This has also happen to 10 other people that have gone to Faith!
