Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I felt rushed because my full set of nails took about 30 minutes and I felt like the lady who did my nails didn’t really know how to do stilettos. My finger are incredibly sore. She was filling so hard to make the shape that it felt like she was ripping my nails off. All of my nails are different lengths, they are all crooked , the sides are ridiculously bumpy and sharp, and you can feel the flame design and the black is bumpy. This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I felt rushed because my full set of nails took about 30 minutes and I felt like the lady who did my nails didn’t really know how to do stilettos. My finger are incredibly sore. She was filling so hard to make the shape that it felt like she was ripping my nails off. Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityIvy is always on time and I never have to wait for my appointment. She is present with me, not running between me to other clients like other places that I have gone. They are very friendly and I enjoy my appointments. My nails always look great and I am never more than an hour.Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was very disappointed. I was seated quickly but then I sat waiting for my pedicure. The woman who did the pedicure seemed rushed. She had limited understanding of English and she seemed frustrated that I didn’t understand her some of the time. She was rough when she used pumice on the bottoms of my feet and it was uncomfortable. She rubbed my feet and legs with a salt scrub until my feet hurt. I was very disappointed. I was seated quickly but then I sat waiting for my pedicure. The woman who did the pedicure seemed rushed. She had limited understanding of English and she seemed frustrated that I didn’t understand her some of the time. I went with my sister to get our nails done & both of our nail techs were supper kind & awesome work !. highly recommend this place.Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails

I am never one to complain but if I’m paying for the service than I expect for them to do it right what I ask for is not what I got at all. And then to top it off another lady tried to fix her work and did just as bad. I was to the point where I wanted to get up and just walk out I will go and get my nails fixed somewhere else and never come back here. I asked for a fill. The lady that did my nails was an older lady and she did a horrible job. I am never one to complain but if I’m paying for the service than I expect for them to do it right what I ask for is not what I got at all. And then to top it off another lady tried to fix her work and did just as bad. I was to the point where I wanted to get up and just walk out I will go and get my nails fixed somewhere else and never come back here. My nails underneath are on fire and in pain
