I have gotten my nails and toes (older gentleman is great!) done here many times and always walk out happy with the service, I went in like normal and showed Tina (never worked with her before since I normally get Henry but he was already assisting someone else) what I wanted and told her the shape and length, completely ignored what I wanted and clipped them too short then proceeded to say that the shape I wanted couldn’t be done with that length (her fault but ok I let that slide) then she starts to marble my nails and didn’t even bother doing the whole nail like the picture but just the middle, I told her I wanted the whole nail marbled and she said that it couldn’t be done (I’ve had short nails marbled before at the same location), tried to get her to fix the ombred ones because you could tell it wasn’t ombred just 2 colors next to each other and she tried to say the same thing about them being too short. I asked her to stop and I would rather wait for Henry to fix them (waited about 20 mins but he still had his client which I understand), I ended up soaking them off, wasting 2 hours and STILL CHARGED $30 for the service. No apologies from her, nothing, just her on her phone! If she would’ve said she couldn’t do what I asked for I wouldn’t have been mad waiting for someone that could. Bummed that I recommended this place to so many people when they complimented my nails and now I don’t want to go back because of this experience. Henry you’re great and like I said the older gentleman that did my toes always gave the best massages and took his time servicing me so thank you, both will be missed.

I haven’t had a bad experience here until recently. I repeatedly told the nail artist that five different nails were visibly crooked and I wanted them fixed. All she did was sorta file them and move on. The design I wasked for was poorly done as well but I got tired of being ignored when asking her to fix something. Waste of $60 ( that was without a tip ) and almost two hours.

I’m extremely disappointed in my service today. After not going for months i decided to give them another chance because everyone says that they’re the best. I got French tips done because these nails were supposed to be for my senior pictures, and the clear part isn’t even clear because all of the powder wasn’t cleaned off of my nail before the clear coat was added. The tech said it was “supposed” to look like that and if that’s the case i don’t even know why they would offer French tips with the dip, not to mention i was charged extra because it was a French tip design instead of a whole color. He said the only option I had was to take it off and pay for another manicure. I will definitely not be going back. The woman next to me getting her nails done even told them that they shouldn’t look like this. The worst part is that I actually liked the nail tech a lot and he was very nice I just don’t agree with a business that doesn’t take responsibility for doing a poor job, they just make excuses so they can get paid which is exactly what happened the last time i had an issue with the job done.

They’ve ruined my nails, and have quite a few unexperienced people on the floor. But alot of my friends say it’s their favorite place to go! It’s like playing Russian roulette on whether or not you will get a good manicure. And if you do get a bad one, they will refuse to fix it. They sent me out after ruining my nails I was going to have for prom and wouldn’t pay me back or even paint over them. I had to spend even more money on nail polish and paint over a $50 botched manicure. I wanted red glitter tips, they’d done it many times before. But the one time they mess up they say they did nothing wrong, made me pay anyways, and sent me out. Ridiculous.
