I loved this location! The mail technicians were very professional and precise! I decided last minute to get my eyebrows waxed and I might not do that again because the waxed double dipped the spatula she used. However, Amber the mail tech did an amazing thorough job and I will definitely be coming back to see her! She is amazing Waxing, Dip powder, Pedicure, Manicure

I came on a random Thursday night and these ladies were so sweet! Ning gave me a Parafin Pedicure which includes a 14 min massage, hot stones and more! I’ve always had in grown toenails and she was a pro at getting them out without much pain ^_^ truly love it here, and I can’t wait to come back

Fairview is under new management but it’s still the same terrible service. I had an appt at 2p with Amber today. I got there at 130p and asked if I could soak my nails while I wait. They wouldn’t let me soak my nails or wait. So I returned at 2p and was never greeted at all and my nail tech was doing someone’s pedicure. I waited for 40 mins and the whole time no one talked to me or apologized for my wait. I ended up walking out. I’ll never return to this establishment. They don’t know how to run a business at all.

I travel for a living, so I get my nails and pedicures done all over the country. Last year, I was in town and my hotel was nearby, so I came here for a pedicure. I left wishing all nail spas gave such attention to their pedicures, it was incredible! So, this year while I was in town I went back! I was excited remembering how much I loved it the year prior. I still had a pretty amazing experience. I came back to the hotel and raved about how great it was to my coworkers. Friday rolled around and a coworker was excited because it was payday, she worked hard and she was going to treat herself to a pedicure since I had raved about it. I AM APPALLED and HEARTBROKEN to hear of the disrespect and lack of customer service she received. She didn’t even have the opportunity to have a service done, she left feeling enraged and almost in tears. Why you ask? Because of the color of her skin. She said she had never felt more racism towards her in her life. I sent her to an establishment that treated her terribly because of the color of her skin, my friend, someone a care for! I am so disgusted, women come to these places to feel pampered, to feel relaxed and to feel beautiful. Fairview Nail Spa, you did not do job! SHAME ON YOU for tearing down another human being instead of lifting them up. I will not return, and I would not refer anyone to this establishment no matter how good my service was because they do NOT deserve my business, and they do not deserve yours.

Critical: QualityI went elsewhere a few days ago and got a full set of nails done. Since I live close by, I decided to come here for a simple nail color change. Upon entering the building, I instantly felt unwelcomed. There was only 1 customer getting a pedicure in the building, but it took about 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I told the guy sitting at the register that I wanted just a color change and he told me to pick a color and sit at the first station. As I sat down, the nail tech asked me if I wanted to cut my nails down and I replied that I didn’t, I only want to change the color. She then told me to pick another color because the one I chose was running low( lavender). So I proceeded to pick 2 other colors that I liked. She began to remove my polish and after she finished, she got up and went and picked a color of her own (hot pink). I asked her what’s wrong with the colors I chose? (White or baby pink) She replied, your nails are too long and it’s not enough polish in those bottles. And said this color ( hot pink) will work for you. At this point I’m very irritated and tell her to go ahead with the polish. When she finished she charged me $35 for a color change. Smh never again!!!Service: Gel manicuresI went elsewhere a few days ago and got a full set of nails done. Since I live close by, I decided to come here for a simple nail color change. Paid only 15 dollars for a month worth of damage to my nails. DO NOT GO HERE. damaged my nail beds just taking them off so I can’t imagine actually getting them done here and what they charge. Insult to injury they were also very disrespectful. There are better nail salons very close and I would highly recommend taking the extra 5 mins to go to one of them instead. ***The damage is not light it literally hurts to touch the top of my nails and this was my first set in months so they weren’t thin to start with.
