Everything was very clean and up to date. We had an average room, but it was spacious, along with the bathroom. The pool and hot tub area was really nice, and never overly crowded, although it was closed one night for a private party.

I had a manicure with Ni Saletta last Sunday, the lady is so nice and like to chat. She did scratch my nails so badly after put so much cuticles gel or whatever she put on. I had to remove the polish the second day in find out that some of my nails there was bruised. My nails never fell so thin and sensitive. Non happy at all… she was also insist give her a review. Just Had Mathew as my esthnetician and he was amazing! He sculpted my face did lymphatic drainage making my jawline absolutely snatched! He makes sure to show your neck, chest and shoulders love to. Left the spa absolutely flawless.

Fairmont Spa was an utter delight. Rachelle showed us through the spa and we learned we could want for absolutely nothing while enjoying the several amenities. We enjoyed the whirlpool jacuzzi, steam room, and dry sauna. There were also showers available for use and at the women’s lounge, we enjoyed delicious teas and prosecco in fluffy robes before our custom facials. The team was attentive and contributed majorly to the relaxing atmosphere. Looking forward to return and enjoying other services!

I treated my bride to a massage, but she insisted we do the couples package. Who am I to question her good judgement? It was very nice. We both loved it. The mens locker area is new and clean. Do the steam room, its very therapeutic! The spa team is professional and the masseuse fixed some workout knots as well. This is the best spa set up in town!
