Rude employees. Not hygiene concerned. Won’t accept certain masks and do not offer masks even though they have signs that say they will. Have continued to be rude after posting negative reviews. Have samples sitting out that people including myself are able to just stick their hands in instead of offering to provide sample.

I love your product and don’t get to shop too often so i buy several items when I do. Unfortunately tonight (due to covid) they required masks. I did not have one and did not know I would be stopping by to need one. When I entered the shop there were no customers. The young lady working greeted me and asked if I had a mask. I told her I did not and began to tell her why and she cut me off and stated, “Well, if you don’t have a mask, you can’t shop here.” I felt very embarrassed I even stepped foot inside. Needless to say I turned and left. Was not the positive visit I was used to. There was even a sign on the door that stated “See inside for complimentary face covering.” She could have easily explained to me that they were out of the complimentary face coverings; Apologizeed that it was the new rule for now. Something other than coming across that my buisness was not appreciated. Don’t think I will be back for a while. Still 5 stars because I love the product.

LILY was so kind and knowledgeable… helped me pick up a nice shaving kit for my son. She even showed him how to use the products. Loved the customer service provided and the store is so clean.
