This is the WORST hair braiding salon in Paterson, nj. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY & STAY AWAYYYYY. The customer service is horrible, the braiding is below average & they are so over priced when the work doesn’t qualify . When you walk in the door, their attitudes are nasty & they look you up & down before they even greet you back. If it was up to me they wouldn’t even be getting 1 star today but, I have to put something. They charged me $80 to put 10 large box braids in the front of my head which only took 45 minutes to do so & they weren’t even the same size as the original braids I had in the back of my head nor was the parting space the same size AT ALL! The braids weren’t straight they were crooked & they had my hair dripping water when I went next door to the ATM. Could’ve properly dried it at least. They are horrible. I have never written a review in my life this is the first but, I felt the need to warn others. These people don’t deserve anybodies hard earned money. SAVE YOURSELF & YOUR COINS!

The people that work there are extremely rude and unwelcoming. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did something completely different. And my braids are way too tight. They don’t care about your real hair. It feels like my hair is ripping from the scalp so I might just take the braids out even though I did it a couple hours ago. I do not recommend this place at all

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my daughter hair braided here today which was horrible and over charged. the hairstyles was ugly and was charged 70 dollar even though i brought the materials that was need for my daughter hair. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

please don’t go here if you like your hair. my hair was literally pulled out from the root. she was incredible rough when combing my already blow dried hair . iv could hear my hair ripping as she yanked my head around. never ever going back

i went to get butterfly braids & they look TERRIBLE. i would never go back. i wasted my time & money because when i have in my head is indeed, NOT what i asked for. 1 star. & they braid too tight! you won’t have no baby hairs out whatsoever
