Decent braids. Affordable prices but they’re terrible with communication. No matter how many times you try to confirm an appointment date/time they don’t get it. Saw this happen to others and has happened to myself.

Making an appointment is not applicable because you still have to wait there for over an hour. If you don’t have the availability for walk-ins then just say so. Geez I can’t stand these people who try to fill their books. Needless to say I did not get my hair done but my experience was not a good one.

They were able to braid both of my daughters hair after contacting them the day before to set up a Sunday appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful ans did an excellent job. Their pricing was also very fair. Overall a good experience and we will definitely go to them again.
