Russell has been my son’s barber for several years and now is also my husband’s barber. I cannot recommend him enough. He truly listens to your wants and needs and explains what he is doing so clearly. In the midst of struggling with all of the pandemic restrictions he was able to give my teenage son a boost in confidence that was sorely needed. I cannot say enough good things about Russel’s natural talent for his craft. And if that isn’t enough to say, I would add that he is truly a good human being and an asset to our community.

I’ve been going to get my haircut by Russel for almost, if not over, a year now and every time I’ve gone I’ve been impressed. He’s always open to little changes I want to make throughout the haircut and advise whether I may want to try something else. I’ve learned more about why my hair behaves the way it does then I ever would I guessed. So I’m learning while I’m there. You can tell he’s skilled and cares about his craft. It definitely shows with the results you get.

I think this was probably one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. Russell taught me a bunch of stuff about my hair and tailored my haircut based off of my hair’s unique features. Super awesome guy and definitely will be coming back as I grow out my mullet

I have always been hesitant to get my hair cut because I’m worried someone will get it wrong, and usually that is true. I have been going to Faded for almost a year now and it’s great!
