First time. Walked in on a sunday around 10 there wasnt alot of people. The lady who cut my nephews hair was her first time cutting a 3 year old she said. It came out so good. She did not take forever, she even put talco on the back of his head!! Lol

The Haircut is I would say 8/10 it’s hit or miss if there is a long line they will rush thru your hair cut , the least appealing part about the experience would have to be the costumer service , not necessarily rude but extremely unprofessional, which makes us not worth the 8/10 haircut , the sign on the door states they open at 9:30 and they are never opened at that time I have waited outside for 2 hours in the past , there is bad blood in between the girls working , which makes the whole atmosphere awkward , the prices are fair and the hair cut is fair but , the costumer service the opening and closing times and the cleanliness of the whole establishment need to be reconsidered
