Excellent Barber Shop. I go here every other week and Ive had my hair cut by three different Barbers and each time it came out perfect. Music, TV, and an overall friendly atmosphere. The business is run very well and the staff takes pride in their work. As a business manager, you tend to analyze other businesses and “rate” their level of customer service. These guys get a well earned 5 Stars from me. Not sure what happened with the other customer who placed a review but I can assure you it was a one time thing. Ive been coming here for quite a while and some of the Barbers Ive known for over a decade. Ive also witnessed new customers coming in based on referrals and when they were done, they were noticeably pleased with the customer service and the job well done. 5 Stars for the manager who obviously ensures he hires the very best, and 5 stars to the staff who obviously work as a team and take pride in their work.

The filthiest barbershop ever!!!!! Horrified by this place! Initially, I had trouble finding parking because its located in a more than small shopping center. Walking through the door of this barbershop felt that the barbers & chairs are crammed into this 20 x 10 hallway type of area; obviously well over the capacity of the space. So my 9 year old son was attended by the first barber on the left and the combover-fade request was a fail. The hair was not properly blended at the bottom and the top was not cut well. In addition, I had to ask for him to gel and comb it, which ultimately I had to grab the comb and do it myself. To my horror the comb was filthy with black gunk and hair. Not wanting to just walk out being bad mannered, then I made way towards the end of the place (every station was disgusting, junk everywhere, not to mention the hair on the floor), by the way, not once did I see a jar with sanitizer where they dip the combs for sanitation. So I finally get to where my four year old son was attended by the last barber on the right (slightly tall, ever so cocky, and muscular tattooed felon looking guy) To start, he put the most disgusting kids green cape on my son, it was covered completely in hair and stains. The whole barbers station and everything else was completely covered in filth and hair. Wide eyed, I sat my son and stood by him as the man began to cut with the machine and the most disgusting men’s brush which looked so worn out, full of gunk and hair as well, made me cringe just thinking about the lack of sanitation. He was very aggressive and his eyes barely payed any attention to what he was doing, since he was having a conversation going on with another barber. Once again, the blending sucked, the top was carelessly scissored horribly as if they had no experience at all. After this stressful cut I asked if he could gel and comb; he didn’t even care to wet the curly hair, he just piled the gel with a disgusting comb and just yanked his way through the hair. My son asked why he was hurting him as he combed, and the only thing I could think is that he didn’t have kids; and so that was my response to my son. I tried getting out of there so fast I almost tripped, and the first barber in the right said jokingly smirking “ be careful, because we don’t have insurance”, It was a relief to be out of there, there are no ethical standards, sanitizing, or skills at this place. Not to mention the explicit conversations between barbers which no kids should have to hear. If your a mom looking for a respectable, clean, comfortable place go to prestige cuts.

Went here for the first time to get a haircut for my son. I called to find out how much a boys haircut was and was told $12.00, i was charged $15.00. Not sure if i will go back because my son had some serious bumps on the back of his head; this has never happened too him before. I was only ok with the haircut, my son has had better. I felt like the barber got annoyed because i asked him to do a lower cut and he said that he would have to start over. Maybe that’s why the price changed lol.

I normally don’t give reviews on people company page…however last experience got me ticked off. I came on a Friday evening, I was told come back on Saturday, which I had a 3pm appt. ….arrived @ 2:50….”the barber” that made my appt. had me sitting till 3:35pm. After my haircut, he had some nerve to tell me that he know I was a walk in before but he charges $25 for appt. please see the timeframe I was waiting base on appt.

They cut my neck, they’re always on there phone and talking on the phone at the same time as them cutting the hair. Dirty workplace. I was generous and have the guy a tip because once I call an inspector non of them will have jobs because of horrible service and horrible work ethic. Fight with your baby mama and your mom when you aren’t using a razor blade to shave my neck and face and don’t watch TV while shaving my head. Don’t curse and talk about the girl you had sex with last night in front of the kid who’s also getting a hair cut right next to you.
