Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled a appointment 3 times. The first one the barber kept me waiting outside for 40 minutes. The second time he didn’t show up. So, I switched barber’s. The first time he was on time and did a great haircut. Today I had a 9:00 appointment. I walked in the shop at 9:00 (which is the time they open) Only to find him cutting his friends hair. Which than he kept me waiting for 20 minutes and proceeded to talk to his friends the entire time he was cutting my hair. I scheduled a appointment 3 times. The first one the barber kept me waiting outside for 40 minutes. The second time he didn’t show up. So, I switched barber’s. The first time he was on time and did a great haircut. Today I had a 9:00 appointment. I walked in the shop at 9:00 (which is the time they open) Only to find him cutting his friends hair. Critical: QualityMade an appointment for my son , had to work with the “design ” guy due to my son wanting a tails design. I showed him a picture of the type of fade and edge up I wanted, he was confident it could be done but not with the design. The haircut he gave my son looked NOTHING like the pic. When I asked what happened he tried to explain my son didn’t have enough hair for the edge up, which he did but too much hair was taken off. He also tried to convince me the boy in the pic more than likely had makeup applied to his head. 2 big things that he should’ve pointed out before beginning. Made an appointment for my son , had to work with the “design ” guy due to my son wanting a tails design. I showed him a picture of the type of fade and edge up I wanted, he was confident it could be done but not with the design. The haircut he gave my son looked NOTHING like the pic. I asked for the same and ended up leaving with an odd shaped buzz cut. He said my hair was long in certain parts and I understand but he literally just cut off 80% of my hair. I didn’t have an appointment but needed a cut. I had medium to long hair and always got a mid skin fade with the top trimmed half an inch max. I asked for the same and ended up leaving with an odd shaped buzz cut. He said my hair was long in certain parts and I understand but he literally just cut off 80% of my hair.
