Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI took my 4 year old son in for a haircut back in February. Chester did a good job on his haircut. He was not very friendly or talkative but I can look past that. I decided to make my husband an appointment in March. The day of his appointment my husband came down with a migraine that turned into the flu. I canceled his appointment an hour before, as soon as he said he was feeling ill. I got on the app to make my son another appointment and it keeps saying “something went wrong with this booking”. I tried several times. I had my friend try with her app and it went through no problem. It finally hit me- he blocked me from making any future appointments because I canceled my sick husband’s the day of. I can understand if I was that person who no-shows or cancels day of multiple times. I can even agree to a same day cancel/no show fee. I work in an office setting where people do have to cancel same day and there are some that no-show. We charge a fee for that. I find this very unprofessional. I recommended him to several people but I’ve now retracted those referrals. I hope he never runs into the same scenario where he has to cancel an appointment the day of due to an illness and that said business completely blocks him from rescheduling. I took my 4 year old son in for a haircut back in February. Chester did a good job on his haircut. He was not very friendly or talkative but I can look past that.
