I went for a consultation at Facials by Francine for the first time last month regarding patches of severe dryness on both sides of my forehead, eyes, and cheeks, and below both brows. This dryness started in November and progressed into February. I had considered going to a dermatologist, but thought that I would first try an alternative route. I saw Francine on February 18 and she recommended that I use Neo Genesis Recovery and Yon-Ka skincare products. By the time that I returned for a hydrating facial on February 20, most of the dryness was gone. I know that my personal experience sounds like a commercial, however that was my truthful experience. I have dumped the other products that I was using and will continue to use the skincare products recommended by Francine. The facial that I received was the best that I have ever had. Francine is gentle and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to see her this month for another facial. I am planning to also have a pedicure/manicure in the near future.
