It was my first time there and I was greeted with a very warm reception and then escorted to the relaxation lounge. I booked the youth glow facial and was really looking forward to it. My estitician was Shauna, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable immediately. After a super rough week at work it was the perfect treat, I felt very relaxed and appreciated Shauna’s professionalism and her light but perfect touch. The products are all natural and amazing! Me and my sister booked the same facial but realized afterwards that we got different experiences. Exfoliating scrubs are still on my neck when I left, and I had to wash my face and neck when I got home. Booked for 50min facial but got out early… Call me having high expectations, but after living in nyc for a while, la facials just don’t do the job..
