Botox treatment for Hyperhidrosis
Botox is truly a life-changer for many people who suffer from excessive sweating of the underarms or the palms and soles of the feet. Excessive sweating is a very frustrating problem for men and women, and can even feel like it’s running your life. Hearing many stories from patients who’ve kept an extra set of shirts or blouses at work, resorted to wearing only dark colors to mask sweat stains, and even avoided social situations because of feelings of embarrassment. For many patients, the control that excessive sweating had over their lives simply became a big burden and dictating their life choices. The procedure is temporary, given with the tiniest of needles, takes around 15-20 minutes, and no anesthesia is required. You can get back to your routine immediately. You’ll begin to notice results in a few days but can take up to a week for full effect. The treatment lasts up to 6 months or longer.

Dermal fillers are different than Botox/Dysport injections. Both help improve the appearance of wrinkles and give your face a more youthful, refreshed look. Dermal fillers are designed to plump and smooth — not prevent the muscles from contracting — and are used around the nose to the mouth, chin, lips, and cheeks. They fill where we have lost facial volume, giving a soft natural appearance.
Kybella
Kybella is the first and only FDA-approved injectable treatment to reduce fat under the chin. It’s made of a synthetic deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. When it is injected into fat, it works by destroying the cell membrane to release the fat. The body then flushes the fat out of the treated area and skin retraction occurs. Shari worked with a superb plastic surgeon before establishing her own practice and the attention to detail and individual contour is the cornerstone of her technique. It’s 100% true that sometimes in life, we don’t realize we haven’t had a good experience until you have a truly amazing experience. This is with anything, right? I’ve been getting Botox for seven years. When I took a job in Ann Arbor (I live in Lansing)–I get to find a new place to get Botox. I called a few different places, didn’t even answer the phone and others didn’t return my phone off. But when I called Shari, after two rings a super friendly voice answered the phone.
