Very professional and caring practice.After the botox treatment didn’t produce the desired result I was called to come in to the office again for a consultation where I was explained what could have caused that and possible solutions.Definitely excited to keep coming here and hopefully achieve the desired effect. My entire Facial Aesthetics experience was great! The facility is bright, clean and easy to get to. Front office staff were kind and helpful. My nurse, Jessica Richendifer, was AMAZING. I have had many procedures at different facilities, but I have never had a nurse explain the why/how of filler & Botox placement like Jessica did. Without using medical jargon I wouldn’t be able to follow, Jessica was able to medically explain why/how she was placing product. This was a first for me! It really helped me to understand why product was going where and how it would get me the results I was after. Her room was neat, clean and organized, and I was able to pick my own music while in the room (so nice!). Jessica was incredibly thorough and made me feel relaxed. She was able to help me to establish a treatment plan for the next few months to get my desired results. She was able to answer all of my questions and did so in a very professional matter. I am so happy with my results and I cannot wait to visit again! Definitely a 5-star review!
