Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHad a great time going into FaceX for a facial service! Easy to find location and right across from 2-hour free parking. The place was very clean and gave relaxing vibes. Everything was made from natural ingredients and fresh! When I say fresh I mean FRESH, which I’ve never seen before. It was a great integration of traditional herbs and innovative technology. My face was dry walking in and left feeling plump and moisturized. Very up to date location and the lighting in the rooms was perfect! Can’t wait to go back. The staff was very professional and knowledge while also being personable. I was helped by Haley which I highly recommend. She made sure to ask questions regarding my skin and get an understanding of which treatment would be best. I felt very confident leaving the location. Had a great time going into FaceX for a facial service! Easy to find location and right across from 2-hour free parking. The place was very clean and gave relaxing vibes. On top of the relaxing aesthetic of the room, Haley’s vibe made me feel extremely comfortable. She constantly kept me in the loop of what products and tools she was going to use on me as the facial process went on. Her energy, experience, and knowledge shows through her passion. Everytime I used it to schedule an appointment, the process was super smooth and couldn’t get any easier than this.Treatment: Organic is a common word these days in almost everything so I had my questions on what to expect in facial/ beauty services. But boy, it felt great! The various options in treatment, products, services offered are fantastic. One could genuinely feel the ‘true’ essence of getting an organic treatment for your skin. Adding the ambiance that you want from your phone to this only makes it A+Customer Service: Now you may have the best app that does everything while offering best products, but it may not necessarily be the best if you have mediocre customer service attitude. When I had to contact FaceX for some special requests and when taking service at their Beverley Hills location, you could sense their Client-First attitude throughout. FaceX knows how to make clients happy!Value: Well.. When I see the three pillars of top notch technology added with industry best products/ services topped by exceptional customer service, it surely must cost ridiculous, right? Not FaceX. Their price point is exceptionally at the lower end. Seriously, I didn’t expect to get this for less than $100.
