I received an in room facial here at faceworx 05/10/19. It was my first time ever getting a facial and my experience was great. It seems they are new to this location as everything was brand new. I set my appointment weeks in advance and was brought in promptly upon arrival. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing as they went along. Joan and Karla noticed I had dry skin from lack of moisturizing and use of harsh body soaps on my face. They performed a thorough facial that met my needs and recommend some products to begin my skin care routine at home. She did not pressure me at all to buy her in house products but I appreciated the convience of getting my products and services at one place.
