Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been very displeased with the result at Faces but was trying to work with them over 6 months before I gave up. 1st time I ended up with very long & unnatural lashes with having all the lashes on the outside half of my right eye falling off after a week. Teresa was often late& I could see her doing email or texting through the curtain. They do NOT wear masks so I had to wear one while she leaned over my face. She even coughed once, no apology. She did say I was not to worry as she was not sick, it was an allergy.She has poked me in the eye on two occasions& pinched me once with an object, once leaving me with one eye being completely blood red for a week.The final time I went, she again pinched my eyelid (it HURTS) with no apology& left me with far too full lashes after originally assuring me that I would eventually have the set I wanted. I am not certain, but will be finding out, if the lashes are even what most of these studios use. In the past, my lashes have felt soft and natural but their lashes feel very hard and non pliable and almost plastic like. The girl who does this actually feels like she is leaning onto my eyelids during the entire appointment. I’ve never had someone put any pressure on my face while doing this. She also used the glue, I suppose, in a way where it stung my eyes and I was always on pins and needles to see if I could open my eyes after the procedure and they were not stuck together. Again, I never had this problem in the past. I was accustomed to someone being gentle.I will not go back after giving them a lot of chances. The whole atmosphere in this “spa” is just is off. I have been accustomed over many years of facials, massages and the many things you can enjoy at these type of places with the front desk and employees being super nice, sometimes a bit too much but always going out of their way to make you feel special. From the first time I ever walked in this place, I felt like someone’s not-so-welcome cousin. I have always been told I am super sweet and nice (unless I am having PMS!!) so I don’t know why they chose me to kind of dismiss. I would give them less than a 2 but I suppose that it wasn’t the absolute worse place in the world so it would merit a 2. I have been very displeased with the result at Faces but was trying to work with them over 6 months before I gave up. 1st time I ended up with very long & unnatural lashes with having all the lashes on the outside half of my right eye falling off after a week. Critical: ValueDon’t bother with the Coy set. Got mine 2 weeks ago today and I have 4 lashes left on my right eye and 5 (all clumped together) on my left. Total waste of money! I have been getting lashes for about a year and never had to refill before 4 weeks. Once COVID hit I had to let them fall out. This was a new set I got the week they reopened so I was SO excited. Very disappointed in results. Salon is super cute and clean but lashes were a huge disappointment. Cancelled my refill and trying a different place in HH.
