Faces In The Dark Tattoo was founded by owner Tye Harris. A Texan native, Tye spent several years doing guest spots and conventions before deciding to open our studio in 2016. Our goal was to bring quality artists and exceptional service to the city we are proud to call home Kyle, TX. We are a custom studio capable of all styles with an emphasis on realism and black and grey.

Juan is an exceptional artist!! My piece plus his artistic ability yielded a tattoo that even my mom loved! You can trust all the artist to put the very best ink on you and you will love the outcome. This is one of the most professional and cleanest shops I’ve gotten tattooed at. I’ve been working on getting a full sleeve here by artist Andrès Acosta. He’s amazing, but the entire crew here has a great vibe and I was very comfortable for all of my three, four hour sessions! Would highly recommend getting your tattoo work done here definitely worth the wait and price, but it is kind of in the middle of nowhere, Kyle TX which is only 30 minutes south of downtown Austin! Very excited to finish my sleeve here.

They deserve more than five stars! Cat Orozco was my artist and she surpassed my expectations. The colors on my tattoo are beautiful and so realistic. Everyone in the studio was very friendly. I especially liked that Cat kept checking on me to make sure I was OK. I will definitely recommend Cat to everyone I know. Highly recommend!!!
