I moved to Midlothian area and have not found anyone to do eyebrows threading and tinting like this place! I drive from Midlothian to Frisco just to get my threading and tinting here! Jae & Hatel, please start designating days for waxing and hair cutting appointments only, because the wait times to get just your eyebrows threaded is getting beyond ridiculous. Recently I’ve waited 45 mins to over an hour, and on several occasions even left because the wait is soooooo long! Please consider making some changes to avoid losing loyal customers. Also, please follow the sign-up list. What’s the point in signing the list if you aren’t going to go in order of the list? Might want to invest in a ticket number counter. Trying not to shop around for a new place, but since the price has went up, the service has been sub-par!

Today I went for eyebrow threading it was too crowded waiting time went around 1 hr . Then one lady did my eyebrows I don’t know her name actually she messed up my one side eyebrow I was telling her to messed up one side but she just said no it’s correct only both the side. She is not ready to accept her mistake. So upset today .

The price of eyebrow threading is great here. That is the only good thing about this place. It’s unfortunate that they don’t have enough workers. I think I’d appreciate it if they started taking appointments only. I’ve been coming here for a while now but never waited this long. I’ve waited over 40 minutes to be seen since there is only one worker handling threading and another handling tinting or waxing. I had other obligations so ended up leaving after waiting that long. Very upsetting… They also don’t really follow their sign in sheet they have at front desk, so it is hard to estimate wait time. During my time here waiting, they have constantly just say “who’s next? Or next please”. I also saw someone walk in and immediately go into a room which upset me even more since I don’t think they signed in. Maybe they were here only for waxing services and had an appointment. Going forward, I think I’ll have to try calling in to book an appointment or find a new spot for eyebrow threading only. No service is ever worth waiting almost an hour to be seen…

I just got a full face threading with them for the first time and I’ll be back! They were so sweet, nice and professional and really took their time.The prices are just amazing considering the amount of time the spend. Will be back for sure Eyebrow threading

I’m so happy I ignored the negative reviews! I came here before to get my upper lip threaded and decided to come back for my eyebrows. Hetal did an AMAZING job! She took her time and constantly checked my eyebrows after threading from that alone I knew I was in good hands. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes and when I came there were three people already sitting in chairs and one person a head of me. I will not be going anywhere else for my eyebrows!! Highly recommend!

I have tried other salons in Frisco and Plano area but this is the best amongst all. Reasonable price and I was happy with the service.
