Face to Face is a lovely place, and the products are very good. The reason for the lower star rating is that the cost of a 45 minute facial is over priced and under whelming. The personal service is not on par for the cost, and the facial I received this past week was average; certainly not worth what I paid. My facial started at 1:20 and I was literally checking out at 2:05, I’m embarrassed to say how much I paid. I will not go back and I don’t recommend.
