I have been coming to face to face to see Jenny for years. I gave a two stars because she did help my acne but I had an appointment coming up for January 7th at 1030am. I tested for covid on the 5th and got my test results back on the 6th at 1130am. I called and left a voicemail stating I had covid and needed to reschedule my appointment. They told me that I need to pay 50% because of there 24 hour cancellation policy. I said “okay well I will just come in then because I have no problem coming I didn’t know that you would want me to with covid” and they said they would get back to me. Got back to me. Told me to not come to my appointment but they still were going to charge me 50% of my service even though they told me to not come. I understand the policy is in place for when people cancel just to cancel. I have covid. I have a covid test I could have provided them. And they still were making me pay even though the company was the one telling me to not come. I guess next time I won’t let anyone know I have covid and I’ll just put everybody at risk. For canceling 23 hours in advance. One hour short of the 24 hours when I have been a loyal client here since 2019. How very sad I will miss this place but that is unacceptable to charge someone when you are telling them to not come and for them doing the right thing.
