Literally just left here. Don’t bother. Initially the appointment was fine but the first thing I noticed was the music selection. I’m not a stickler for music usually however, the selection was painfully ghetto. Definitely music to listen to with your homegirls doing ratchet stuff. Not spa atmosphere. Ok I can get past the music. What I can’t get past is that during my appointment I needed to use the bathroom. I asked how much longer she had to go because if it was only a certain amount of time, I could have waited. She tells me she doesn’t have a time. So you’ve been doing lashes for 8 years and have no idea how much longer it’s going to take you? You can’t say you have about 30-40 mins or an hour left? Really didn’t think it was that hard. So I said I would go to the bathroom. She failed to tell me that the solution on the lashes would burn my eyes if I opened them, so in opening my eyes to get off the table, they set fire (this is my first time getting lashes done). Couldn’t even see where I was going so had to lay back down. All of this is not what gets me though. What gets me is that I looked at my lashes before leaving and then once again when I got home. I was in a hurry because like I mentioned earlier, I had to use the restroom. I noticed when I got home that my left eye is nearly twice as thick as my right. To give you an idea of how unbalanced it is, I sent a picture to my mom and she could immediately tell. Again my mother has yet to look over the results in person and she could tell the imbalance over a picture! How even? I had called the shop when I was on the way there because I had made a wrong turn. No answer. Called 3 times after my appointment and left a voice message to see if I could get this issue fixed. No answer 3x. Going to cut my losses and just not return. Also going to see if I can remove the extra lashes on the fuller eye and balance it out. These services are not cheap enough to have this level of discrepancy going on.
