Leslie Partridge for my dermatologist treatment..I’ve been going to her for several years now, she always thorough and professional with her work..Today she was somewhat rude..She told me she would schedule me for another appointment but If I can cancel it if I want to..What kind of wishwashy response is that?? If i could give 0 stars I would. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. Then I saw a nurse practioner and Dr. McCowen and they weren’t any better. Its been a five days since my appointment and I still haven’t recieved the medication they say I needed, but needed bloodwork from my pcp to make sure my liver was ok to take. (Which I did the same day). I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

My experience was very positive. My doctor referred me to University Physicians Face and Skin Center for a spot on my back. The receptionist was both friendly and helpful. I got an appointment within a week. At my appointment, the doctor recommended a complete body check for any other spots.

I have been actively visiting the face and skin center since I moved to the Ridgeland area. Before I came here, I knew I would need to begin an accutane regime to help clear up my acne. The overall experience of the dermatologist group has been horrendous and frustrating, to say the least. For accutane you need to complete the ipledge information and do blood work. I always do my obligations in a timely manner but for some reason the Dermatologist’s at the face and skin center do not. I have had to call in about 5-6 to tell them how to do their job because my insurance has to tell me what they have to do. All of this only in the first month of a 5-6 month plan.
