I’ve been coming to Liz for 8 months for electrolysis on my chin hair. Each appointment is 20 minutes. Each appointment is $45. After coming for 8 months, mostly once a week, I am still having 60+ hairs removed. Listen, I was not by any means growing a beard before choosing electrolysis, I just wanted to eliminate those pesky hairs that would pop up. Over the course of these 8 months I have talked with Liz about my dissatisfaction with the process as I have not had much of a slow down in growth. She would tell me that she tells all of her clients that it could take up to a year to see an improvement. I read up on the process before choosing Electrolysis. I read that it could take 6 months to a year of monthly sessions. I’ve been having to come weekly. Liz offered me no reassurance that the end was in site. She told me that she has been doing this for 40 years and never had one issue. If I’m her first client not happy with my results, why not tell me how she could make this right. Instead she asks if I want to set up another appointment. Honestly, I’ve already invested over $1500 in this process and I now I have to decide whether or not to continue treatments or to walk away. It’s really a shame that after 40 years of satisfied clients, that Liz gets one that is seriously doubting the process and she can’t do any better than say to me “ would you want to set up your next appointment?”

Liz has helped my self esteem extremely ! I have pcos and unfortunately I had thick corse hair on my neck and chin. I would sometimes need to shave twice a day to not feel any stubs. After my first session, my hair was super thin and much didn’t come back! I have been going to Liz since Feb 2021. I come in every two weeks for maintenance. The cost is minimal as well! I would give more stars if I could!

Liz is passionate and very knowledgeable about her work! When I went in for my consult I knew right away she’s who I would do my electrolysis with! She walked me through the procedure and timeline. The office/salon is very clean and quiet. She does play mellow music when working so you as a customer feel at ease!!! (I love that) I’ve been with her since August and have seen a huge decrease of the hairs I wanted to get rid off. I look forward to all my appointments because I am always a step closer to being hairless lol! Highly recommend Liz to anyone looking to get work done!!!!!

I’ve been going to Face Reflections since June of 2019, I wanted to start the electrolysis process for my upper lip and chin hair. Liz is absolutely fabulous! She was very informative on the process and patient with answering all of my questions. The appointment scheduling process is quick and easy, you get text and/or email reminders about them; and whenever I’ve needed to reschedule or was running late to an appointment, Liz has been very understanding and accommodating. Although electrolysis can be a long process, I have been seeing great results!! I HIGHLY recommend Face Reflections, you will not be disappointed!!!
